• In collaboration with the project manager: print and web projects management (account and planning management, research, project follow-up with in-house studio and external contractors,...)
• Administrative work: research and layout for notes and pitches, involved in replies to call for tenders, accounting.

• Main missions in close collaboration with the Project Manager:
  
  • Account management: client briefing and feedback.

  • Research: benchmarks, web auditing, proof-reading
  and summarizing for technical brochures in English.
  • Planning management (in-house graphic design
  studio, printers and other external contractors, client)

  • Iconographic purchase and recommendations

  • Print and web project management: graphic design
  and production follow-up in close collaboration with
  in-house studio and external contractors
  • Technical and commercial liaising with various professionals
  in charge of the production: printers, manufacturers,
  web designers and developers.

  • Putting together the responses to several calls for tenders
  • Accounting
  • Proof-reading and layout for notes and pitches (Powerpoint, Word)
